My first & eldest, but clicking at Client end but potential of profit as in another country, till Now Loss making 2. 2nd : Quick started profiting , and I have net 125% profit 📈 3. 3rd : under prototype, On order manufacturing, giving 20% profit. Profit may improve, if do mass assembly production, with risk of storage cost.

It's too easy to label people into boxes and a lot harder to treat them as humans. There are numerous examples where the same person performs and commits at vastly different levels in different circumstances and leadership. I believe as a manager, it is our duty to create that environment to get the best out of the people, that's it. But when you label someone as 'capable', 'non commited', it almost always sticks, no matter how rational you are.
